. When creating your password, ensure it is more than 8 characters, use of capital letters, numbers and special characters will enhance the security of your password. Remember to change your password at least every 90 days, you can do this by simply logging into your account;

. Keep your password to yourself, do not share it with anybody else;

. We will never ask you to confirm your bank account details or card details via email. If you receive an email claiming this is please disregard this, never click on any of the links on this email and do not respond to such emails;

. if you are using a computer or a public device, ensure you always logout when you finish and never save your passwords on devices that are not personal and not password protected.
